Each year the Kindergarten at Coles Ferry do a penny hunt on Valentine's day. Its a way of teaching kids the value of money. Once they've collected pennies in the gym floor, they get to go and purchase baggies of candy with them. Its a neat little thing they do.
Here are a couple of pictures I got of Maddie.Later in the afternoon, we did a party in Maddie's classroom. The kids passed out valentines for one another, did a craft and played twister. The kids had a great time.
Next was Ashton's party, which Maddie got to also go to. She got double time! His class also played twister and had a lot of fun with it. They lasted a lot longer too.
